Anne Anxiety it's all about commission. If an agent keeps showing you properties that are out of budget they only care about money and the paycheck they can get and care nothing about you. Get a different agent.

Kingston Real Estate prices have gone up over the past 5 years due to Jamaica's economic turnaround. To find a 3 bedroom in THOSE neighbourhoods? Greatly difficult. Places in Kingston 6 and 8 go in less than 3 days at $350,000 USD. Kingston 19's the cheapest of the upper middle income neighbourhoods and even there finding houses/apartments etc.. at $150,000 is a miracle akin to Jesus walking on water. That golden toilet comment though.. quite rude!
House 1 is definitely way too colorful for me. It does need some updates but is a very bright, cool, unique, spacious home overall. House 2 didn't look like it needed work. True there are charges but more to a person taste and color is all. House 3 is not bad overall but I don't see anything there worth the price as it is.

I'm a Real Estate Agent in NYC myself so I enjoyed watching this, though for me, when it comes to my own black people, I go all out and find them the BEST and what would make them happy because as you can see no one else truly cares for us like that. I like Chantal she has a great attitude and I'm glad she got what she wanted and is happy but I'm not sure what to say about her cousin though but there's nothing like family, right?
