Mariner Parking Pawl Fix mp4

My 2008 Mercury Mariner Hybrid was rolling in Park. I figured the parking pawl wasn't engaging in the transmission. It drove fine, forward and reverse, and the shifter moved freely. This is a short video of how I fixed it.

Saw the discussion on the FB Ford Escape Hybrid page. I have the same shifter linkage problem on my 2009 FEH. Did Ford have a grommet for a fix? If yes, do you have the Ford part number? Thank you
