He might b lip syncing, but he definitely can sing! Check out his live acts! He moves better than other impersonators in his acts. But this was soooo many years ago so his voice won't b as strong as way back then. Like all great singers, age affects the voice

My wife and I have seen Gary Mullen with his band the works several times and each time he was absolutely brilliant.
This guy tours this world singing just like this. Its amazing. I was lucky enough to see him and his band in person.
Besides the singing I love his stage presence and his movements, too!
