Really love style of filming! Not that typical over editing with music constantly. You allow us to feel as tho where there at times riding in traffic with you or walking around. Those are types of channels that are the best. Keep up amazing work and thanks for tips on editing.
Love seeing a daily video, soothes my itching for travelling whilst in lockdown. I've been following the budgeteers for a long time, and you're really killing it alone, very natural and charismatic presenter! Thank you for showing a different side of thailand, keep up the good work!
OMG the voiceover behind the scene cracked me up. Amazing series and great idea to show what is behind making one of these videos. I do not think I've seen anything similar before. Love the trip and the series. I've lost my best friend and soul mate lovely mini pincher Boby 2 weeks ago and the first thing that distracted me and help me to stop cry after 3 days just not moving from my bed was one of your videos. Thanks you for all your hard work and sharing your adventures with us Paddy!
Watching vlogs for tips on my up coming trip (as soon as we're allowed!), but yours have got me to the stage where I'm watching a favourite TV series - Can't wait for the next episode!
Like your channel. I’ve traveled in Thailand and Philippines for the last 15yrs. I retired 2 years ago and am presently stranded at my home in the USA. You remind me of what I’m missing. Thank you. I’ll get back ASAP. Fun to watch you grow your channel. Condo tours with Ice is good. Keep up the good work.
Not clutch. Clutch have nothing to do with start. May be fuel stuck or coil. You can check it easy. Remove spark plus and try to start if any spark. Or remove spark plug andvsmell gas. If no gas smell mean you carburetor is dirty. Easy to clean . remove it carefully try to save the gasket. Shake the cab a little and spray cab cleaner you might get the junk out.
Waterfalls for vloggers is a staple... I can just imagine the kind of stress you were in having all these equipment related troubles occurring back to back. Your job aint easy. All we see the Glam you show us, But the hard work and stress must give you a lot of Insomnia... But you still smile for the Camera. Glad I can support your channel now.
Paddy, a tip for you concerning booking Hostels. You should have more than one app for booking hostels or other accommodation for a few reasons. Places of accommodation often will have a block of rooms or percentage of rooms allocated to specific booking app. Once that allocation of rooms or beds is full the app will show no vacancy, though they may still have vacant rooms. So by having another booking app you can sometimes reserve a room at the same place that the other app says is full. At other times different apps will have the same accommodation for different prices. When this happens you can book accommodation at the cheaper price. Another reason for more than using more than one app is that there is plenty of accommodation that is only listed on one or some apps but not others, so more choice. For South East Asia, two apps i would suggest you add include Hostelworld and Agoda. Sometime phoning the place of accommodation directly can get you a room, as for various reasons, for example recent cancelations rooms may not be updated on the app. Some places also keep some portion of their accommodation non available to booking apps as they don’t want all their accommodation locked up by booking apps. So direct phone call, email or just showing up are also options.
Yeah. Great advice. Though I ended up mainly using the apps to locate places and for the reviews, then just turn up at the door. You often find there’s way more places to stay than are on the apps. I really really miss firing up Hostelworld, Agoda and Booking.com, getting that rush of a new adventure. Can’t wait to travel again!
These are literally the best videos ever - the only tiny constructive thing I can think of that I’d love to see is more interaction with you and the people you meet on your travels! Think this may be what a lot of people like seeing on the huge travel channels
Great vid Paddy! I really like the Go Pro shots, it has more of a feel like we’re there with you. The rest of the year is already looking up knowing I have these to look forward to, keep up the inspiring work!
Haha, love the 'how to' of your voice over. And I must say it DEF works as I always thought, when listening to your vids that you have a really good VO, and it twit does a nice touch to the vids
I really look forward to every video of this epic journey. Man your so lucky to travel Thailand. Especially these dayes. Keep it up. I live it. So inspiring.
Great episode again 😃 It’s really interesting to see this side of it. And it really shows you how thought out it is getting these shots. I can see how content creators can get burnt out from time to time trying to film it for content but at the same time enjoying it for themselves. What are the main apps you use to find accommodation whilst on your travels?
This is quickly becoming my favourite RUclips channel. Great content. Keep up the amazing work as you go about documenting this most epic adventure. Cheers 🍻
Paddy, you make me miss Thailand even more! I hope the borders will be open in February so we can travel to Thailand again and then we'll buy you a beer. We will definitely follow your next level adventures. Stay safe!
This was good, cos your blogs are always good. But this was ‘next level’ with the filling in the gaps. Proper interesting that was. Thanks for going the extra mile. Boom boom!
This was an absolutely fantastic video Paddy. Really captured the spirit of life as a travel vlogger. Also...now we're hungry so you must have done a great job describing that mango salad and chicken and spices and.....okay, gotta eat now...
👍 great video. I like that you mentioned about how you record at 60 fps and why. Did you ever consider doing a video on the equipment you use and may some tips and tricks on how to vlog?
Okay, Paddy. I was a little skeptical at first because you remind me of an annoying childhood friend, but you've won me over. You're doing a great job and I'm really enjoying your channel. Your new series is finding the success it deserves. Congratulations! And keep up the good work. We'll be watching from Bangkok.
Thank you for sharing the 'how to' and your 'approach' on getting vlogs shot. I really enjoyed the quick tips and pointers. You surely were worn out from two waterfalls, 37C temperatures, driving and then the Honda 'Dream' bike losing/no power..........I would be so tired from a day like that.
Love the fact you show how you do things in this video. Really helps to someone like me who is a nerd about such things! 😜 Please be cautious when venturing into the wild alone! Cos you’re ALONE buddy!! And make sure your cellphone is always near you just in case you need to make that call! Wishing you all the best! Safe travels ahead!
Hey, I’ve been to this waterfall couple times you’re very lucky cause in normal lots of local and Thais gonna be there also this is near songkran festival well the site will be filled with people.
We film in 60fps to. Can be bothered to change to 24 or 30 when know I won’t slow down the footage. I don’t think anyone can really notice on RUclips. What do you use to edit?
I love how you combine shots of nature, food, and shots of humans interacting with you, the land, and each other. 💙 There's not enough featuring the locals in travel videos! 🇹🇭 Haha, I relate to the not being able to speak. My brain has been unable to come up with words since I've been in quarantine on my own during Covid, lol 😆 "OH, there's a fish, get away from me" oooooh, same. Hahahaha, slow mo Paddy voice.
I'm a bit of a gearhead, so if you get a chance I'd love to know which lens you bought to replace the broken one. In a different comment, you mentioned buying a cheaper lens to replace the one you broke. I also have a Panasonic body, so I'm just curious about different lenses. Thanks.
@@PaddyDoyle. Thanks for the reply. I used to have the Olympus 9-18 mm. That's the lens that I smashed when I was in the Philippines. Tripped and broke it on some rocks. 🙂 I always wanted to replace it, but I never got around to it. Good luck with it. I hope it works well for you. At least it's pretty small and light. 👍
Great day Paddy. That chicken looked delicious! What a way to end a day of waterfalls and exotic beauty! Safe travels Little Brother! Good luck with the honda dream.Hope it is a simple fix. I'm thinking fuel pump diaphragm.
Just a quick question: I heading to Thailand in 2weeks and goig to spend the next 3years bouncing around SE ASIA BALI PHILLIPINES THIALAND CHINA ECT…… what I’m wondering is should I get my camera gear, drones,go pros so I can video document my adventure in Asia and get a travel adapter OR. get it all in Asia so it’s already power rated ect Just looking for your expert opinion Love the videos! You have kicked my Travel bug into over drive
Paddy, I just started watching your videos last month. They are great! I have been to Myanmar and you did the country great with that series!! I am curious as to how you film in poorer areas with your good camera? I am often uncomfortable using them in places like Guatemala City where I stand out like a sore thumb and more of a target for robbers. Jill from Australia 😀
HI Doyle, Just curious about your bike. May I know what happen to your Honda Dream thereafter and the final repair cost? You should have kept us informed or follow up on your dream....
Paddy you should add like a little counter that tells us how many provinces you've traveled so far and which one you're in at the moment! :)
Totally agree! Something like a scratch out map of Thailand
I do that on Instagram
@@PaddyDoyle. Maybe you should you do that in the video too.

Man! I get so excited every time I get your notifications!!! Let me get comfortable to enjoy the ride. Let the adventure begin!!!
Woo hoo! Enjoy ☺️
Could not agree more!
You left us hanging on the bike situation! Great video, Homie.
Compliments Paddy - your personality is so addictive. You are definitely a next level blogger. Thanks!!
3 episodes to catch up on. And another one day. Looks like I have a Next level adventure binge session this weekend 🤩
Hahaha 😂
Green mango salad is the BEST!! Love sour green mangoes. Especially with crispy bits of fried chicken skin on top. I dream about this kind of stuff.

Paddy, if I had a TV station I would hire you as a presenter. You have a great talent in front of the camera.
He has a very soothing tone and manner. I like to let the video play in the background while I brush my cats.
