    hello, the nostrils of my nose are very asymmetrical, doing all the exercises in this video how soon will I be able to see results? and are the results permanent? thanks in advance

    Hi. I tried this last night and really enjoyed it. I think I did the last exercise right. My nose tip is big and droopy so I tried my best! For these exercises can we do them twice a day? And how long will it take to see results? Thank you again so much!

    Can I do it every other day? Or do I have to do it every day? If everyday, can you recommend a shorter routine?

    If i sleep too much in one side, should i try to balance it by sleeping on the opposite side or just try to sleep on my back? Loved the video 💞

      Good question - depends on what is easiest for you to start with. I tried alternating sides for sidesleeping but I found it very hard to keep track of this when I am asleep! I am now slowly working on becoming a back sleeper and buying the right pillows has been really helpful for this. Videos on this to come! Thank you gorgeous x

      @@KariCordier hey dear mam my nose is kinda humpy/ asymmetrical so will this help to make it straight and upturned by the way your nose is beautiful :)

      Yes it will, results will vary from person to person though. Do you have a deviated septum?

      @@KariCordier but every time i do nose exercises one side of my nose gets bigger n the other gets smaller

    is the stronger part the one that can "breathe" more air?
