    Usually bubbling comes from corrosion in the metal.

      Ah good to know. I tried filling it the best I could with the lab metal. I'm still happy with how it came out considering the shape it was in.

    Did you off gas the parts in the oven before powder?

      I didn't! After I saw the bubbles that came to mind. I did let the lab metal cure for longer than it needed. The high temp lab metal requires an oven cure, but I'm not using the high temp. Probably not a bad idea to bake it anyway before hand. I'm fairly new to power coating, so I'm learning as I go.
