Sorry, but I don't have them written down, I worked my version out by ear from the original. A rough idea to get you started though - ignoring the fact that I've got a capo on (4th or 5th fret?) - the intro plays around the 'D' shape, with a D6 & a DMaj7, there's definitely a G, an A7, E9 and an F#m, but not necessarily in that order! If I had a guitar within easy reach I could explain it better, but I hope that might give you something of an idea to play around with? 😊
