- For decades I thought I was going crazy. It wasn't until I discovered that I could be autistic that things finally fell into place and I realised that I wasn't losing my mind! My brain simply works differently to others and that's OK.

Thanks for this. It echoed my own experience.
Thanks for watching and taking the time to comment. 🥰
I'm on medication for bi polar and anxiety. This is something I'm definitely going to look into. I also believe I have innatentive adhd. Thank you for this video 😊😊
Thanks for taking the time to watch and comment. Definitely worth looking into, even if it turns out you’re not autistic, you’ve got nothing to lose. I hope you manage to get to the bottom of how you feel. Much love. 🥰
Things we use in everyday's life today, (especially scientific and technological things), they would be considered as "crazy", or impossible, some time in the past, of our human history!
Very true! 👍
Extremely elated & low mood could still indicate a subthreshold bipolar condition. "Crazy" is not a very helpful label.
It’s not a label at all. Absolutely it could indicate other things. For me personally it was autism and that’s what my videos are about, my personal experience.
@@thediaryofnow you said "crazy"multiple times in the video, linking to bipolar disorder & mental illness. Doesn't really help with stigma.
@@BipolarCourage Again. I’m talking about my personal experience of how I felt. Sorry if you’re offended.
@@thediaryofnow it's not about personally being offended. Stigma persists.
This can result in people rejecting mental health diagnoses & identifying as autistic instead. And end up in crisis. (Been there, done that).
@@BipolarCourageShe didn’t directly connect crazy to bipolar. She never said being bipolar means being crazy. It seems like you are seeing implications that aren’t there and putting words in her mouth. She’s also not responsible for someone rejecting their previous mental health diagnosis by telling her personal story.
