Nice video! I flew KLM after a long time, from Brussels ( with Thalys code share ticket)- Amsterdam- Bengaluru, and back. It was in november 2022. I was scared of huge queues at Schipol. But it was ok then. My flight and service in KLM flight to Bengaluru was not that great......Dont know.....a feel of unenthusiastic crew and their service...but back to Amsterdam was great. The whole flight, I spoke to the crew only in Dutch, not in English. Onward flight they didnt even ask if I prefer veg or non veg! Just handed me over the veg option ( because they think Indians dont eat meat). Whereas the Caucasian man sitting next to me, was asked if he had a choice. He was given a pasta with chicken. I just ate whatever I was given. Good food. On the way back, the crew were helpful and great. Here they gave me the choice of the meals

In 2 years after the KLM strike is over, the Dutch government will order a new regulations for KLM and order a robot-assisted Baggage handling systems at Schipol Airport in Amsterdam, it’s gonna take 4 years to complete the upgrades.
