Ladies, thank you so much for taking us along for these flights. It is gratifying to see women in charge in a world that HAD been dominated by men. Both of you were totally in sync with each other. None of the ‘I wear 4 bars and you wear 3 bars so you have to fly this jet the way that I want you to fly it’. Communication is key in this industry. You both deserve stellar awards for doing an A+ job.

Tha approach was very bumpy but the landing was very smooth the more considering the heavy winds and the thermals caused by the extreme heat.

I’d like to fly either of their friendly skies.
- Long hair over the shoulders onto the front is not permitted for pilots. This is just a flagrant violation of basic protocol/decorum
- Almost no flare input nearing touch down by the captain. Novices know better.
- Oscillatory trim inputs on the approach were entirely unnecessary. They dropped altitude a bit too early. When you're making such continuous adjustments at ~200-300 feet, you are a kit in the sky. A stray draft will push you off and you'd inevitably overcorrect to counter it.
