Hi! I agree with you! It is not very common, to engage the Autopilot so shortly after Takeoff! And the Captain disengaged the Autopilot just by reaching Minimums 500 ft ! He seems to be very sure, of what he is doing! Greetings, Fritjof
@@Dhamirs Using the onboard automation doesn’t make you any less of a pilot. Just because you aren’t flying manually doesn’t mean you aren’t flying the plane. So no, planes don’t fly themselves and pilots are trained to be pilots. They are just trained to use the tools available to make the flight safer.
Majority foreign crew especially with strong passports ..in Saudi Airlines foreign Captain cant even say a word to Saudi First Officer.. typical Gulf style !
The Hell you are saying? It is not your Flight simulator game. This is real life and real aircraft. There is no room for error. These machines go through Deep maintainance and check up everytime. And what these pilots are doing is for a precaution. Avaition rules are written in blood of other pilots who did not do these kind of precautions.

Do you know, these computers are the major reason why we are not having fatal accidents like we did in older days in Aviation. So Thanks to these computers!
Not really given that the full crosswind turned into a tailwind as he approached the threshold. Airline companies require a firm landing and not a greaser.

It's so nice to hear, that the Captain always says: "Thank you very much!"

I loved this video it was so natural and raw and thank you for making this video.❤
Such a professional captain
I am still a huge fan of Boeing. I truly hope they bounce back and the world will soon see their 777-X.
JP AND TEAM !!!! Great as always ❤❤ Many thanks for your energy in this report 👍👍💛 Xx........
I want to see JP get an exclusive delivery video of the 777-9 in 2025, it will be an exciting new plane!
That would be a good video
YES THIS
The faa already approved it

Wow nice sharing
Love the accent of the pilot is she South Africa 🇿🇦
Yes she is
8:24 min. Very inspiring. The First Officer was cabin crew and is now a pilot.
That was a very nice & soft landing
Super flight experience qutar airways…..❤️❤️❤️
Wow ❤ lady pilot 👍
Mile high club is calling....
Love this 😀
Takeoff at 34:42
Everything is in "gooood condicheen"😅 lovely
Wonderful ! 🌟✈️
I'm wondering why emirates doesn't allow cockpit vids on passenger flights like etihad and QR do
their landing was good 👍
He was still overflying the runway when he put on the Autopilot…. What a waste not to hand fly on such a beautiful day.
I wish they accepted me as a second officer too 🥺 I love the MCC and CRM btw then
Can you do a video with qantas and there new a220?
❤❤❤❤❤ vvvvvv good
I hope they never change the attire worn by pilots. The smartest on the planet! 👔
Why does the FO say “check” at 10ft. Strange call
Nice😊
15:17 at 200 ft AGL they switch ON the A/P already? Their SOP? 😮
That's what I said.
Pilots nowadays don't practice their stick & rudder skills bcuz of sop? That was a beautiful day to fly

I don't think it's SOP because if you watch their 777 video to Maldives, the pilot hand flies the entire departure.
Brilliant
Who's here from Flight Simulator and keeps pressing insert to get the wing view :D
Saya mempunyai teman di QR capt Fadjar Nugroho dan Gerry co-pilot B787
Just curious, Does anyone know the criteria on the basis of which these flights get featured? Is there any payment involved at all?
I doubt it. It's probably good publicity to showcase professionalism.
2:44 Where is she from? "in good condition"
On 6th july 2024 i have seen captain in Kathmandu airport.

your first officer could have handled either the take off or landing
That’s not how it works
Each pilot flies the legs in succession. You don’t flip flying duties mid flight

It was all the down on low. It goes clockwise for high. Not anticlockwise. Literally as every other heater knob works.

Autopilot at 200ft AGL is mad

These days, pilots are trained to be system managers. The plane literally flies by itself.

Right!!
Could be SOP maybe
Non pilots trying to tell pilots how to so their jobs 💀

So annoying her hand
Bad landing though

I don’t like this company very selective in the country they serve…I won’t fly this company anymore
They don’t want you on their planes so it’s a win win
Welp... looks like without you, they've got no-one. Why would you do that to them?
