The focus was always on Keith Tibodeaux, as the great drummer, which he definitely was so, yet Desi Arnaz Jr. is a very talented man. He is such a good actor, an amazing singer, and an excellent drummer. Listen to the crispness of his drum strokes. Desi Arnaz Jr. and Lucie Arnaz are just as talented as their parents. So, when I found out he made guest appearances on the show I looked it up on Tubi and was able to capture the clip. 🙂 You can see the full episode on Tubi. He did have issues struggling with weight going up and down though that made him seem older (from alcohol and diverticulitis issues), plus of course smoking does no one any favors. Still handsome though.
Alcohol does this to you. I have a friend who was my exact age [actually, she was 3 days younger than me], but she drank like a fish and smoked like a chimney. She ended up looking a good 10 years older than me and died prematurely of cancer. Poor Desi, he cut his life short. Tragically, Lucy who was a very heavy smoker, also, died you and looked old beyond her years towards the end of her life.

I was lucky enough to meet Desi jr many years ago in Nate N Al's deli in Beverly hills, he was with Dino Martin jr and Dino's wife at the time Dorothy Hamill, they were all very kind and gave me their autographs....I remember thinking that Desi and Dino were so handsome..very sad how Dino died.😢

Rob Reiner was still traumatised years later retelling the story At this point desi sr was drinking heavily and got arrested in del mar for firing a gun at teenagers who were loitering outside his house. Desi sr became an alcoholic and he nearly died in baja Mexico when he drank heavily and fell off a deck in a drunken stupor. He had a lot of alcoholic moments in his later years

Desi loved his Children. Desi Jr. Was so handsome and had/has so much charisma just like his dad. Jr. Could have had a great acting/movie career if he had taken it seriously. Professionally (once Desi IV began working) however they used the Sr and Jr suffix in most cases, one exception being Desi III's last film, "The Escape Artist" in which he was billed as Desiderio Arnaz because he was trying to let his son get away from the Jr suffix and be the only professional Desi Arnaz

Desi loved his Children. Desi Jr. Was so handsome and had/has so much charisma just like his dad. Jr. Could have had a great acting/movie career if he had taken it seriously. I saw a movie he was in and the camera loved him, but alas, it was not to be. I think he might have been a bit spoiled and wild in his youth.
