I have a question JZ. I know all cases are different and depending on the particular laws and states it differs even more. I was in a car accident a few months ago. I have a c5:c6 disc protrusion as well as S1 protruding disc. I have had two steroid injections along with 3 months of physical therapy. One in the disc and the other on the facet joint. I also was diagnosed with a concussion and trauma to my brain. This trauma was found because of my symptoms and a ENG and a VNG test. In your professional opinion what do you think is the value of my case?

I wasn't hit by the car but I was threatened by a person with a car and I have had anxiety, depression and PTSD over it. The driver even threw an egg at me while walking and speed the car out of their land to the next lane to scare me as I was walking on the side walk. The cops came and the offender fled from the police but the police did catch up to them. It was truly nerve wrecking.
