I got hit by a garbage truck a couple months ago. Just had c3-c4 fused last week. Had to closed my company down. And I still have to have foot surgery and also doing injections in my knee. Hope this works out for me. The accident was not my fault, the garbage truck driver did get cited for the accident.
This is really a hard question. One claim can be open and closed within 4 months or 2 years. One example, Claimant treats for 3 months for passive treatment but the attorney doesn't submit the demand until 2 years into the life of the claim because it's not high priority for the attorney or lack of contact between the attorney and Claimant.

How are your medical bills so low? In my prior case my attorney said I have to pay out a $2,000 health insurance lien which they negotiated on it already. A $43 pay out for medical bills seems off. Almost as if you left the patient with the remaining medical bills for them to pay.
Good question. Since my client was in a rental car in Florida, the rental car’s PIP coverage paid $10K to the medical providers. Also, the driver’s Medpay paid $5K to the medical providers. And my client had Medicaid, which pays at a much lower rate than PIP. Thus, the medical providers couldn’t charge my client.

I got rear ended in 2018 in nyc by a lumber truck in the highway, my camera capture evrything from the front and the inside facing back i still have the vids. The driver was 100% at fault. 2021 im still treating just had a second surgery done, first one was my lower back in 2019 after 2 injection that dint help at all, then i just recently had a shulder surgery and another injection for my lower back because surgery dint help and the new injection makes me feel like i busted my ass flat on the floor hurts bad. I dont think i would ever recover from this im 33 and my body feels 70. My lawyer says he loves the case the truck haves a million dollar policy but not matter how much money i would get at the end of this horrible experience no money would fix the pain i walk with everyday for the rest of my live.

Great video! I have neck and back pain. Bulge in my neck and herniated disc is my back. I have received 3 ESI shots and have received settlement offers so far with Liberty/Safeco offering 67,000.00. January makes it a year... my pain is still ongoing, and I find that the ESI shots only last for a time period. The second shot seemed a waste of time. I’m assuming there will be another offer before the year is out and then there is court.... would the pandemic interfere with the length of time on the case (court dates)? What do you think about the offer? My medical bills are at 19000!

Whomever answered your offices phone told me you are not interested in a case that has a million $ policy and I cannot walk intermittently. My lawyers dumped my case after I had confronted them about what they said to me when I ask for pain management …told me “ if you go to pain management that will make you look like a drug addict” so after I confronted lawyer he denied ever making statement ..but he did because I couldn’t walk and a I called my mother crying. Horrible. No one will help me. Don’t drive for Uber this is how you will be treated . Disgusting.

There are different types of lumbar surgery. Some are more expensive than others.

What's the time frame between each shot you took

Whomever answered your offices phone told me you are not interested in a case that has a million $ policy and I cannot walk intermittently. My lawyers dumped my case after I had confronted them about what they said to me when I ask for pain management …told me “ if you go to pain management that will make you look like a drug addict” so after I confronted lawyer he denied ever making statement ..but he did because I couldn’t walk and a I called my mother crying. Horrible. No one will help me. Don’t drive for Uber this is how you will be treated . Disgusting.

I feel my lawyers are racist and Are not fighting on my Behalf. It’s sickening. A year ago this month Nov 2021 I was hit in the crosswalk with my disabled child. The driver ran , didn’t stay I got the plate number and I’m still recovering but have not heard anything about money lots of excuses about medical records etc I feel it’s bs !!! It shouldn’t take this long I want my money
