Hi. I’d like to know if you an idea of how much my case would worth. I got in a significant car accident sometime on 2018. Got rear ended by a tow truck driver. Then my suv hit the fourth post from where I was at (few hundreds of feet away from where I was waiting to turn left). I was taken by the ambulance and sustained concussion. I hit the front of my head against the stirring wheel, middle part of head from the metal part of the head rest (and had cut from it. Had 12 staples in that cut to stop the bleeding at the ER), and back of my head and whole body slammed my seat so hard I partly broke it. I also hurt my tongue and it was bleeding from the accident and swollen for a couple of weeks or so. I now have TMJ. I’ve been treated by a chiropractor for the whole year, then stopped, but just started back with him again a couple months ago due to stiff necks, back pain, shoulder pain, symptoms aren’t not totally gone then. My CT Scan, XRay, 2 MRI’s came back negative. I’ve got two neurologists at the moment. My new neurologist referred me to a vestibular, physical therapists for my neck (for whiplash), and speech therapist for cognitive problems. After two months of physical therapy, my two physical therapists just cancelled my future appointments with them coz they’d want me to see my neurologist ASAP, coz they said I’d have “extreme reactions” (spasms) during exercises. Thought one of them said the MRI for my neck just came back negative, so they’d wanna know what’s going on... I’d need to talk to my neurologists just yet and see what he/she wants me to do. So my treatments are not done yet then and I still have some appointments scheduled till early/middle next year. The tow truck driver was completely at Fault, I’ve got tons of pictures and evidence, as it happened that some people at the scene took pictures and sent them to me. My mom in law came over and saw me at the site. My husband saw me at the ER and took pictures of me with my head bleeding so badly. I still have lots of symptoms from mild traumatic brain injury, mostly cognition (struggles with talking to people, doing math for writing bills, memory problems, brain fatigued as well as physical tiredness everyday as well). I also have tinnitus now too, as well as balance and dizziness problems. And probably some more that I can’t remember right now. I rarely ever see my friends maybe once in 6 months coz my body can’t handle extra responsibilities just yet. Driving is hard. And most days I have to see my doctors anyway. And I just rest at home in times I don’t have doctors appointments, so I don’t really have lots of time for other things yet. I always need 2-3 days to recuperate. I’m always exhausted since I have to go out of the house often to see doctors. Good somebody’s driving me (that’s another topic Lol). The driver’s at fault has a 2 (or 6 million policy limit, don’t remember which one now lol). My lawyer told me that the insurance company of the guy who hit me didn’t contest (question) that I was not at fault at all. I’ve been wanting to go back to school and finish my classes so I can teach (I’m a teacher by profession), but I realized I’m definitely not close to normal yet. My speech therapist said we probably would need 2 more months before we can do more complex tasks. I have a toddler and taking care of her is already a struggle for me. So I’m just trying to live Day by day. So, when you think my case would settle? And how much you think my case worth? Thank you so much!

Albert Wesker: Thank you for your interest in my contingency fee. Generally speaking, I only represent people who are seriously injured in Florida or on a cruise. According my fee contract, if and when we make a recovery (e.g. settlement, etc.), I am paid my fees from the total recovery (e.g. settlement, etc.). Without a lawsuit, my fees are usually 33 and 1/3% of the total settlement. If we sue, then my fee typically increases to 40% of the total recovery if the defendant denies liability.* In either instance, I am then repaid my costs. Watch my popular video on the Ultimate Guide to Lawyer Fees in Injury Cases: ruclips.net/video/WSHicWevG8Q/видео.html *The above descriptions contain only a general description of our fees and are not a statement of contract. All fees are subject to our fee contract. Have a nice day. NOTE: Personal injury and wrongful death claims are subject to one or more statutes of limitation. If you still have the car, you should preserve it. Also, call a qualified products liability attorney to see if you have a case. That attorney may want to hire an expert to examine the car.

Florida injury lawyer
What percentage do you take from clients?
Albert Wesker:
Thank you for your interest in my contingency fee.

*The above descriptions contain only a general description of our fees and are not a statement of contract. All fees are subject to our fee contract.
Have a nice day.
NOTE: Personal injury and wrongful death claims are subject to one or more statutes of limitation. In other words, the lawsuit must be filed within a certain period of time or be forever barred. I am not your lawyer.
Once the case is settled with the at-fault driver's insurance, do we need to pay all the medical bills covered by our health insurance?
Check with a lawyer. It depends on what state you are in.
what about when airbags dont go off? the other driver was at fault and went thru the red light and admitted fault....I was hit head on and my car is completely totaled
I need help with the question NOT hearts
If you still have the car, you should preserve it. Also, call a qualified products liability attorney to see if you have a case. That attorney may want to hire an expert to examine the car.
Can you refer me to a good attorney like yourself in Kansas City Mo.
I appreciate your trust in me. However, I don’t know any attorneys in Missouri. I’m sorry.
I wish you good luck.
Disclaimer: There is a time limit to sue. You should speak with a Missouri lawyer.

Most attorneys, get 40 percent...
Adjusters probably get double your payout lol. Ie your insurer pays you 60k but so does your pdoc in your adjusters pocket
I’m not sure what you mean.
You forgot the option to lower attorney fees so that patients gets more… yeah you wouldn’t want to think about that huh
Clients can negotiate my lawyer fee. I’m all ears.
Justin
@@RealJustinZiegler add that to video !
