      Those kebabs look fantastic 🎉
Note to self, spend a major holiday in India, celebrating with other Jews from that community.

Nice to listen to all the history of the Jewish community in Mumbai (I was born there). So coincidental, as I myself have been working on the Babka bread.
I like your fusion recipes which blends the best of both worlds, without losing the Indian taste.

More please. Jewish-Indian vegitarian. Rabbi says I need more protein. No vegan. I am African American convert to Judaism and Sadhana. See American history. My ancestors were raised on pig (Boar Goddesse, she being the Fruit of the Vine for American slaves) and meat scrappings...we were bred to be larger. I am not petite. Cholis for Saris have to be made especially for me because my arms, deltoids, are more muscular--larger. My ancestors, as American slaves ate only what the "Master" did not eat. Besides pork, greens were most abundant, Palak. See me. Feel me. Touch me... Hear Me.
