I understand Heather. But this happens all the time. Irresponsible parents can be devastating to the family and I guess before the kids suffer the great-grandmother would rather take the children and on protect them as best as she could.

She said she had to rescue them. Toxicity somewhere... . Then, no one wants to split up siblings. Problem probably was: Who in the family could take them all? Zero. And probably, because it's kinship care, she's not getting any (or much?) help from Child Protective Services' budget. Social Security only stretches so far.... They're all very lucky to have each other.😅

@@cpmffeilberg4970 Something that I do, that doesn't take much money, is pick up a package of thank you cards & blow pops from the local dollar store, then, as I go about life, I periodically fill them out for various customer service associates (at the grocery store, pharmacy, library & so forth). ...It's very inexpensive but a great way to make someone else's day! Another thing I do (that's completely free) is make a point of greeting & complimenting strangers for anything nice I might notice about them---you never know when someone else is in need of a kind or uplifting word, & you could be the one who gives it. You can trust God to give you the courage to speak up: cuz He loves to spread love! Be blessed Caroline, & thank you for your lovely, generous spirit.

That was the bit that burst my bubble, i thought i had an apple stuck in my throat, They might not have had money but by God they had faith, those kids were raised RIGHT by there beautiful Grandmother, love and blessings from a well wisher in the UK.
72 raising 6 young kids who are clearly put together and keeping that house that clean? She's super woman. She is an angel that everyone should strive to be and to look up to.
Can you imagine the stress this poor woman is under at that age? Every day she must ask God to keep her alive one more day so that those children don't have to go to foster care if she dies. What a sad situation, no mother OR grandmother to help. Not to mention any men!

I cried during the entire video just witnessing the LORD'S goodness through the love of a friend. Ms. Alice is so precious. And them babies at the end, broke me down. My grandparents adopted my brother and I when I was 7. They saved us, I have no doubt of that. They recused is from going into foster care. They put me and my brother first and made sure we knew we were loved. This is a story so close to my own. I’ll never get to tell my grandparents just how much they mean to me bc there are no words that can even describe my love and heartfelt thanks. This woman is so wonderful. She should be enjoying the company of her family without being a babysitter, but she gives her all for her babies. That right there is a woman with a heart of gold, she is worth more than any priceless jewel. My heart breaks that Ms. Ella has not only raised her own kids, but THEIR kids, and now her grandchildren's kids! Instead of seeds of bitterness they showed love and they know even with hardship they were together and had love for each other. I’ve just seen on TV children that want to be adopted together with their siblings. It’s not just about themselves it’s about staying together and they will all remember her and her faith and trust in God. No one can change that. She doesn’t look to he in good health. I didn't understand and still don't till this day. Two of there parents lived in the area and the other 3 parents lived in NY. But no one talked about it even though they had more kids that they were raising that lived with them.

I do agree with not shoving religion down one's throat, however, I do feel that religion like christianity for kids growing up helps to surround them with people who provide good morals. However, as kids get older, the message tends to darken, not in all churches, but some, to where it changes from do unto one another as you would have unto yourself into do unto one another as you would have unto yourself except for all the people we believe should go to hell. It's a double edged sword. I don't believe in the christian religion, I honestly think aliens are more likely as crazy as that sounds lol But there are benefits I could see coming from it at a young age.

I'm a 32 year man this had me greeting! I was in foster care for the first 7 years of my life because of abuse and poverty. I've turned it around and dedicated myself to the care of the vulnerable as a learning disabilities nurse. I just wish more people out there were kinder and supportive of those in need. I know that this was 3 years ago and I'm just now seeing this but it touched my heart I started tearing up! Ms.Ella is a true woman of God and faith and she rescued her great grandchildren and I know that they're going to look after her. They hooked that whole house up and I'm so happy that the United Nissan group took care of her rent for a year. My grandparents adopted my brother and I when I was 7. They saved us, I have no doubt of that. They recused is from going into foster care. They put me and my brother first and made sure we knew we were loved. This is a story so close to my own. I’ll never get to tell my grandparents just how much they mean to me bc there are no words that can even describe my love and heartfelt thanks. This woman is so wonderful. She should be enjoying the company of her family without being a babysitter, but she gives her all for her babies. That right there is a woman with a heart of gold, she is worth more than any priceless jewel. My heart breaks that Ms. Ella has not only raised her own kids, but THEIR kids, and now her grandchildren's kids! WHAT is happening in this family that NONE of the kids are able/willing to parent their own? It really is heartbreaking. Instead of seeds of bitterness they showed love and they know even with hardship they were together and had love for each other. I’ve just seen on TV children that want to be adopted together with their siblings. It’s not just about themselves it’s about staying together and they will all remember her and her faith and trust in God. No one can change that. She doesn’t look to he in good health. I’m praying she is able to make it longer then it looks to raising them and that one of her children come and help raise them. She seems very tired. 😢♥️

I didn't understand and still don't till this day. Two of there parents lived in the area and the other 3 parents lived in NY. But no one talked about it even though they had more kids that they were raising that lived with them.

I do agree with not shoving religion down one's throat, however, I do feel that religion like christianity for kids growing up helps to surround them with people who provide good morals. However, as kids get older, the message tends to darken, not in all churches, but some, to where it changes from do unto one another as you would have unto yourself into do unto one another as you would have unto yourself except for all the people we believe should go to hell.

I'm a 32 year man this had me greeting! I was in foster care for the first 7 years of my life because of abuse and poverty. I've turned it around and dedicated myself to the care of the vulnerable as a learning disabilities nurse. I just wish more people out there were kinder and supportive of those in need. I know that this was 3 years ago and I'm just now seeing this but it touched my heart I started tearing up! Ms.Ella is a true woman of God and faith and she rescued her great grandchildren and I know that they're going to look after her. They hooked that whole house up and I'm so happy that the United Nissan group took care of her rent for a year.
