I discovered these Fox 5 videos on RUclips only a few weeks ago and I have watched every single one which is listed there. (some of them I've gone back and viewed more than a few times). Every one of them is amazing and in some cases, heartbreaking, but the team always seems to bring some happiness and relief to those who need it. Since the moment I saw the first video, I've wanted to post a positive comment, but the comment section was always 'disabled' ....then I discovered this one!! Just to add some credibility to my comments above, I'm one of the old, tired and largely forgotten vets of the Vietnam conflict (66, 67 and 68 vintage). I'm an Australian who served beside your guys during that time and a few other places as well. Just like your country, mine doesn't give a hoot about us...we've bled you dry, now go off and die quietly!! I have to salute the work of the surprise squad....you really do make a difference and your efforts do not go unnoticed.
It's not just a job for her, she found a way to bring hope to people's lives & connects on a human level. The paycheck is earthly, she's getting something worth more than money
I live on the cold wet streets of Seattle with a heart condition as well as other medical issues. I love this channel because of the selfless effort of that community and Fox 5. I help everybody I can. There should be more effort by people to love and help one another. Peace...Love...and Light to everybody

I haven't cried this much -ever. I'm disabled and unable to work and my disability has changed my life and put me in a very lonely place. You don't know who you're friends really are until you need them the most. I've been so sad and lonely and to see people helping others like this had me feeling better than I have in such a long time. To see that there are still people who care and give selflessly is so refreshing. I'm going to sleep better than I have in a long time after watching these videos. Thank you.

GOD BLESS YOU ALL INVOLVED there are so many people right here in our back yard who desperately need help but wont ask for a penny or a moment of anyone's time, i watch all the video's i find on youtube about acts of kindness and it makes me feel so good knowing that people are paying it forward, in my hometown i played secret santa for 2 yrs giving out christmas cards with money in them to those i found in need and the smiles it put on peoples face just to get the card was well worth it to me and i hope i can do something like that again.

I can’t believe that I am watching this again. Oh my gosh I am just getting teared up as I am watching this and I just lost it when I got the end. The waitress got a lot of great random act of tips to help her situation…. It is pretty interesting to know that they may seem happy on the outsid but deep inside you don’t know what people really are facing…. They could bee struggling but we think they have it all together and their lives are just a bowl of cherries. Oh my gosh. This really set me up for a very emotional evening. Water works again just shooting out of my eyes now like a fountain. This is so touching. I have never really or at least I can’t say that i have ever seen a bus driver crying while they were on the bus for a random act of kindness but now looking back I did almost get to see a driver in tears from a gift I got her.. she gave me a hug and wanted to take my picture with her. She came to where I was sitting and I asked her if I should go to the front where she was and she was sniffling and said to just stay in my seat. She then got a pic with me and her I had my arm around her and she was so great full. It was on a bus trip into work on morning…. You would really bee surprised at even just the little things that you do. It doesn’t have to bee a huge monetary gift although,,,, that is a blessing as well, but just a little random thing someone can do for someone really can brighten up their day… I did have a bus driver ask me one time after work. “I really don’t know if we can except this can we?” I replied back to her. “I did call to see if I can and I was given the go ahead.” I told Pierce transit that I wanted to start making our bus driver’s days by doing things out of the blue. Little things like this can really turn into something big. It is awesome to see the reaction because every driver acted differently about it but all of them so appriciate. I don’t expect anything back. I am not looking for anything back from the bus drivers. I do it cause I want to do it. If I can make their day I will do it. Now I did tell the rep over the phone what i was about to do and one of the customer service reps started crying…. She was so heart full and heart filled with joy that she couldn’t even pick up the next call. I have had bus drivers tell me “just seeing you on my bus is enough. You don’t have to do anything. We know that you appriciate your trips.” I have then returned a replying and said “welll, words can sure cut deep right but also they can touch the hearts of many but,,,, I have been riding the bus for so long now that I think it is time for me to act on it. Words can go so so far and touch someone’s heart but i want to take it further.” And I am still doing that now. Just ordered more stuff for the bus drivers. I get things that are bus related and have to do with their jobs. It is priceless to do this. We don’t just have to wait till Christmas to give or do something nice for someone to brighten up their day.
I would like to make a complaint about this show!!!! It is costing me too much money on Kleenex!!! It should really come with a warning sign: CAREFUL - TEAR INDUCING CONTENT
This Surprise Squad team is just the best! I also want to point out Don Forman and his Nissan team too! He's come right along side in so many stories, he must have a heart of gold. The lady who does most of the hosting is just so sincere and truly feels these stories with the families! I would love to see someone spoil her with a dream vacation or something like that.
