1Q. In a pcr reaction , with one double stranded DNA of 600 bp , nanogram of DNA produced after 40 cycles of amplification will be ??? Ans . 722-725 2 Q. 100 nanograms of a 242 bp fragment is produced in a pcr . Two nanograms of human genomic DNA are used a starting template . What amount of amplification occur ??? How to solve these 2 questions ..... Plzzz tell me sir ..... Plzz give reply
0.1 x 102400 / 200 = 51.2 THANK YOU
Kuch b ho sir... Solution with ease yahin milta ha.... Grateful😇
Thank you so much for appreciating my efforts
Plz reply sir..
200 mul is for only 100 template and after 10 cycles their must change in volume. For 102400 also it is 200 . How pls explain sir
