Yeah. Will do an experiment starting this week and post a video in a few months when I see results. My guess is that it will mold. For something like that I would recommend getting a coconut milk base. I know wholesale supply plus sells it and have personally used it and like it.
It’s kind of orange and yes I would compare it to dos. The spots kind of are faint and if you wash with them enough they kind of fade or was away. Perhaps over more time the spots will be more visible
I guess it depends on how much soap you are making. It sounds like that would be a very large recipe. For melt and pour soap the rule of thumb is about 1/2 tablespoon per pound of soap. If you add more than that you run the risk of your soap not hardening. Also… you should try to find recipes that measure in Oz or grams because it gives you a more consistent measurement than cups. Hopefully you actually watched the video all the way through
Very informative video thank you! So would you say if the soap is used within 1-2 months, it should be safe from mold?
Eh. No not really. I would say it starts molding within a week or so.
I would like to know if coconut unsweetened milk will mold in melt and pour please

What about if you put Irish Sea Moss in melt and pour?
Good question! I will try an experiment with that!
Thank you for this
No problem 😊
Hooray for experiments!! Is it brown or more orange? Almost like dos. Do you think the brown goes all the way through?
