What’s your thoughts on reverse dieting to increase metabolism as a result of being skinny fat? Wouldn’t a deficit just slow your metabolism even more and keep you skinny fat?

So should you not progressive overload whenever you are trying to lose body fat ? As in stay in the gym and lifting Weights but not progressive overload until ready to eat more ?

Maybe you could do a video about fats and amounts. I'm assuming that you don't eat saturated fat. As that is in animal fats and in very few plant foods, such as coconut.

I wanna lose all the fat that I have rn, I’m not very fat but u can tell I’m over weight when I’m next to my friends , their the same age as me . I was wondering if u have any tips, I am 110 rn and my goal is 90 …. That’s a lot but , it will be harder to get if when I’m older so I’m doing it now. ❤ please respond !!!
