Hi, Emmie! Great video. I have questions. 😊 How long does the tomato paste in a tube last in the fridge? I don't use it often because I worry about it going bad before I can use it. You can precut zucchini? I thought it would get weird after cutting. About oatmeal - I don't cook mine, I prefer it soaked, like overnight oats. However, I've found that they don't need to soak that long. I soak mine for a minimum of 10 minutes. That gives chia seeds long enough to soak up what they need, and I also like my raisins softened. My point is, you don't even need access to hot water to be able to eat oatmeal. I use rolled oats, I'm assuming it work work for quick oats too. Thanks for the info. ❤

I'm heading to Costco now to pick up my meal plan ingredients! I have a question- I'm at the weight loss stage of starch solution, would you recommend this type of meal plan and just exclude the fats (flax seed, peanut butter, avocado, hemp seeds etc.) for the duration of the weight loss period? I've lost about 10 lbs and have another 50 to lose.
Why would you have a 2 hour commute??? OMG!! Also what do you think about the practice of 2 lbs non-starchy vegs for breakfast every day for weightloss as recommended by Chef AJ?
Maybe chia pudding (chia seeds + non sweetened soy milk + some fruit on top) Or you can have one of the other savory meal suggested here as breakfast. Or you could have just fruits and tea
