The second I've seen "Welcome" I thought of smoorez and knew this phone is awful (I havent watched past 3:29 yet)
Us SMOOREZ viewers call this a "WELCOME phone". Usually you can tell a welcome phone by the following observations:
-goofy ahh startup screen (usually says WELCOME, this is where the name of WELCOME phones comes from)
-ripping off a random UI (one UI, IOS, MIUI, etc.), sometimes they rip off the totally wrong UI (there are some iphone 15 knockoffs with one UI icons)
-only 1 camera on the back works, the others are dummies
-cheap build (mostly plastic, could also have cheap glass backs)
-removable battery (sometimes) or easy to remove back cover (badly adhered)
-faked specs (you can find the spec faker app in the phones files if you look deep enough)
-lacking many sensors (most of them actually)
-specs similar to a budget phone made between 2015 and 2018
There are more signs but thoose are the main ones
$130 can actually buy u a decent phone , if u buy from a trusted brand like samsung , oppo , vivo , xiaomi etc.
And oneplus
but not motorola. cheap motorolas suck.

That phone is just one of the usual Chinese clones of another phone, likely Samsung. Out of all the cameras, only 1 of them will be real. Everything hardware/software related will be spoofed. From the android version, CPU and other specs, ram and storage, none of it will be what it claims. It'll likely be 1GB ram and 16gb storage if you're lucky. As you said, you'd be better off buying a second hand/used phone instead of getting scammed with 1 of these.

That screen is similar to my old android phone called Cricket Icon or something. I called it SPS, Shitty Privacy Screen. Can barely watch any RUclips videos without eyes hurting and can't play any actual games without eyes hurting. Same result for pictures.

Yeah that probably barely qualifies as a phone. That is why I prefer not to go for the cheap off brand phones.
Something that was noted was the rattling noise within the phone when you shake it, while it could just be due to it being from an unreliable source and a low quality phone, the rattling noise is likely from the cameras! Even phones from trusted brands tend to have this characteristic where the camera hardware makes rattling noises when you shake or move it. From what I know, it doesn't damage the performance or change the way the phone works or takes photos, its just a part of the working pieces.
Knowing damn well it's probably got an MT6580, android 6.0 or 8.1 Go edition disguised as a newer version, and absolutely no big sperkers.

when I saw the box l already knew that it's gonna be a ,, welcome" device, and about cameras... on absolutely every welcome device there's only a one camera on back, and front camera, the rest of ,,cameras" are fake and the 5g support is also fake, fake is also android version, it's always a android 6 or android 9 if so. And yeah capacity of battery is a 🧢, as same the memory capacity. btw great vid : )
