Just use almond milk. Contrary to popular belief eggs are not dairy so if you’re lactose intolerant they won’t do anything to you. However if you’re vegan then there is a vegan egg mix found at Trader Joe’s

I used coconut milk and flax egg and it was amazing. I will give the egg mix from TJ's a go next time I make them thanks!
@foenems grave I grind them and add water to them. Just like with flax seeds they can be used as a binder when making sweets or baked goods without eggs.
Did you see how his pancakes were not brown like you would get at a restaurant. It’s because he put butter in his pan before adding the pancake batter. If you want beautiful brown pancakes, use a non stick griddle or non stick pan with no extra oil/butter added Ps. Love Bobby flay. He’s a genius and a master chef. I’d love to eat anything that man cooks

Avshalom Hillel I find that pancake recipes rarely tell you to let the batter sit for a while. It makes a huge difference! They’re so much lighter when you let the batter rest to let the baking powder/soda do it’s work.
