    Hey man, can you talk about the part where we bypass the exhaust vacuum line, and avoid vacuum leak from the car after the muffler is deleted because the valves are connected to that vaccum like. How to solve it or avoid such mishaps?

    • @jacksonjay4590
      @jacksonjay4590  3 месяца назад

      From what I’ve seen other do. You just pull the line off. Or cut it if it doesn’t slide off. Then stick a screw in it and let it hang or maybe zip tie it up to the chassis somewhere. Does that help?

    Hey i have 2013 550i and i wanted to do muffler and res delete but i got told it will through a check engine light. So did yours do that? Is it true?

    • @jacksonjay4590
      @jacksonjay4590  3 года назад +1

      Just doing a muffler and res delete will not create any check engine lights. Only time you will risk getting one is when you install catless downpipes. So if you ever plan on tuning and want to go cat less, do it at the same time because flash tunes will eliminate any check engine light. All in all, you will be safe with a muffler and res delete!! I recommend checking out CARID.com for some exhaust tips. That's where I got mine.

    Great video man! Thinking about a muffler delete on my 550i. How would you describe the loudness? My main concern is I don’t want the car to be loud to the point of annoying. And what about the drone?

    • @jacksonjay4590
      @jacksonjay4590  3 года назад

      At high rpm it will really scream but from around 0 to 3k it has a very nice growl then gets stronger as it goes up. The drone is noticeable but really has no effect on your ears you can really barely hear it. It is a awesome thing to do to add a little spice! I will let you know you cant hear any turbo spool.

    • @jacksonjay4590
      @jacksonjay4590  Год назад

      Pretty sure they have the same muffler system, but once you cut the mufflers off there is no longer a valve function so it will be the same noise level all of the time. See that both the f10/11/07 all have the same motor.
