Watching this video made me start tearing up, I’ve never really thought about it until now. I’m leaving soon for the Air Force and I might get placed in a whole different state, on the other side of the United States or somewhere out of the US for 4-6 years. It made me realize how much I need to start loving my home with my family, and how much I need time I need to spend with them. It made me realize that I’m gonna be heartbroken once I get on that plane to leave. If your still reading, go tell your family you love them.

Such a nice flow throughout the day. My nightly routine is pretty simple atm. Screen time done cca. an hour and a help before bed, getting some reading in, doing my bathroom routine and then doing some breathing exercises before going to bed. These have helped me with my sleep so much and I found them in my Bellabeat app. The greatest new addition to my routine.
This was the first ever video I watched from Paige. It’s literally my favorite video that I watch the most!
i have really bad anxiety and i have been having an anxiety attack for the past two hours and i just felt alone, so i went on youtube and i found this video and it seemed interesting, and i’m glad i watched this video. it made feel not alone, and just made me feel calm and i’m way better now. thank you.

i leave it in to steep for like 5 minutes and then take it out so it doesn't get bitter

Ya I take mine out. I usually make chamomile tea and press the teabag up against the cup and that gets more flavor out and then I put sugar directly on the teabag so that it infused with the flavor.
