I know a way to get the Rondon glitch by following these steps
1. Select a player who is about to retire
2. Get him to win the player of the month in May (his final month before retiring)
3. Sim to the next season (when he's retired) and check the news
4. Click view player on the news tap and shortlist him in the transfer hub
