shoveling some heavy wet snow

- well with snow comes the snow shovel. wanted to try and clear the sidewalks and i did but that is some heavy wet snow luckily it was not ice yet. It was a foot to a foot and a half in most places. luckily not like we got 2 1/2 yrs ago 3 and a half feet in one night.

Yep 2 days of shoveling snow. 2ft I'm two days I had to shovel what I did yesterday. But I feel fine no chest pains so I believe it was actually good for me.
And we got another 8 inches overnite!
The snow sure looks pretty but what a mess. I'm now glad we don't get snow down here in Oz. Take it easy Larry, don't over exert yourself
Oh yes people say but its so pretty but they are the ones that don't go out and shovel it. I shovel mine so I shame my neighbors into doing theirs both neighbors on either side of me are a lot younger than I am. I went out and shoveled more after I came in and did rest for a bit before I went out again. My brother shoveled his front yard for 2 1/2 hrs and his place is three times the size of mine and he is 74.

yes it was 2ft iin two days some flurry lol of course it was worse 2 years ago we got 4ft in one night. People don't think it snows in Nevada but they are looking at Las Vegas we are in the North high desert 5200 ft so we always get snow here in Reno.

It was in the 40's and 50's for the last 3 weeks then boom overnight this happened. Its been colder here this year than it normally has been in previous years.
