What a cool boat. Not much to break! I like boats like this very much. It's better to install whatever electronics you want yourself anyway. Under way it must be great, they know the game up there.
Welcome back ... hope things run smoother in 25...Moving to Canada has sure paid off. Its a very elegant classic design ... definstely one for a person who wants to run with the design and either keep to the minimalist theme or sympathetically add to its functionality.... hybrid Electric power with a diesel generator ..the old engine is less effective than a 25kw electric motor with more maintenance needs and costs... but thats down to a new owner. Bet the kids are into everything by now 😂 🎉
Glad you are back. Are you all teaching up there. You guys were my first and will always be first. Thanks from the panhandle."the red neck riviera". Who is the Goober who commented about your spelling? Thanks again.
Get a thorough survey on this one. Glassed over fiberglass decks? Low grade plywood visible in closet bulkhead. Paint drips, poor ventilation, in the head ,grime and corroding fasteners in trim right at deck to cabin side joint, what's behind that? Missing trim. Again, a thorough marine survey, especially any cruising boat whose main structures include wood covered in fiberglass, epoxy or polyester based. And that fore mast ?
These danged autocorrect things go too far. Every time I put "I" it inserts "AI" instead. Changes words I don't see til later, and always seems to be on something I can't edit. Sheesh.
I’m thinking that baby blue color is so tacky! You could’ve done better than that! I’m definitely not using those colors together! Doesn’t look that great! In my opinion
Personal choices I'm not a fan of Red, or Clarets... Seeing it I like it at least you would quickly see it in the mooring field. If you spent much time among the traditional boats of the Mediterranean Portugal, Africa the native Caribbean, SE. Asia and S. America...brightly coloured decorated boats are the normal. Wooden boats in particular ... Yellows vivid greens, blues and reds oranges.... Each to their own and means.. 😉 I used to dislike cars that were Tahiti blue 🔵 but over the years I've had two and after a short while it grew on me. Now I see it on high end German and other models including new Ford Mustangs ... In Northern climbs it's a high visibility colour that stands out 😊 cheerfully .. like yellows or citrus colours whilst not being too much of a heat trap in the summer sun. Reminiscent of Summer Lidos and kids having fun in on and around the water .
I amso happy you are back! I pray everything is good with you. My best wishes are for you this new year.
Congrats on all the work I'm sure you got done on your personal projects. Happy to see you posting again. I hope 2025 is kind to you and yours.
Thank you! Hope 2025 is kind to you as well.
Whoa, this boat looks quick. Two strong masts, long, low cabin. Big cutaway fore and aft. Killer.

Hey, great to have you back!! I thought you'd abandoned the channel altogether. I'm looking forward to seeing more of these!
Glad to be back!

For sure there’s a lot of potential.
Good to see you back! Any videos on the Land in the works?
I wish. It's been stressful so filming hasn't been a priority. Eventually there will be.

A really interesting boat. I would have been more interested 40 years ago. For the right person it's great.
That’s a lovely vessel
Groovy to have you back. The boat is nice, but a little too basic for heavy long distant sailing.
My friends are anchored to starboard aboard their self-built Herreshoff ketch, finished bright.
I was unaware you had moved to our province. Welcome!
Correction. I was thinking you were in Lunenburg Harbour.
Been here for almost 3 years now!
@@LearningtheLines Welcome!
very nice boat, more pics please..

In the description should it read fixed SINGLE backstay instead of “signal?”
Fixed, thank you

She full keel? Who’s the designer?
Looks to be built to be single handed.
Still didn‘t see the price?
It's in the description (under 50k)
Hey kids, you have been missed! Pop out anymore kids?
Definitely not. lol.
ship looks better on the outside.
