Cake with caramelized walnuts, mascarpone cream and caramel. I present to you a cake that I make with pleasure for name days in my family. It is a cake with mascarpone cream, caramelized walnuts and a delicious homemade caramel.
The ingredients:
4 eggs
100 g of sugar
1 vanilla essence
110 g of flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 tablespoon starch (can be replaced with flour)
40 ml of oil
1 tablespoon of milk.

500 g mascarpone
500 ml natural cream (32% fat)
120 g powdered sugar
1 vanilla essence

for caramel:
200 g of sugar
80 g of butter
150 g natural liquid cream (32% fat)
a pinch of salt.

150 g walnut kernels
2 spoons of sugar
**************************************
For the syrup:
1 spoon of cocoa
2 spoons of sugar
60 ml hot water
