    Ingredients:
    For salsa sauce:
    Onion chopped 1
    Tomato chopped 1
    Capsicum chopped 1
    Coriander leaves chopped 3tb.sp
    Lemon juice 1tb.sp
    salt 1t.sp
    Black pepper crushed 1t.sp
    paprika powder 1/2 t.sp
    crushed red chillies 1tb.sp
    white pepper powder 1/2 t.sp
    ketchup 3tb.sp
    For beef marination:
    Beef 390gm
    crushed red chillies 1t.sp
    mustard paste 1tb.sp
    oil 3tb.sp
    garlic chopped 1tb.sp
    crushed black pepper 1t.sp
    salt 1t.sp
    white pepper powder 1t.sp
    paprika powder 1/2 t.sp.
    Method:
    for salsa sauce:
    Mix all ingredients in a bowl and keep it in a fridge for 30 minutes.
    For beef:
    Marinate beef for 30 minutes, after 30 minutes pan seared the beef on low flame , on the other side add oil 4tb.sp in pan, chopped garlic 1 tb.sp on a low flame than add the beef piece and add 250ml water in it , cover it on low flame for 15 minutes and it's Ready.
