I honestly hate it when ppl say "oh they need to retire". Thats literally so stupid. If they want to keep running let them run. Track and field is not only a job but it is ppl passions. They can run as long as they want to. Dont bring p them down.

Nah, you can see 20-30 meters out of the blocks when it 1st started to pull. He was running with straight legs pretty much the whole way. Look at the stress on his face coming out of the turn. He's normally very relaxed. He should have pulled up WAY before that.

Gatlin felt that immediately. You can see where he started to tie up about 20-30 meters out of the blocks...he was running straight-legged. He should have pulled out as soon as he felt it. Before they were even out of the turn you could see the stress on his face. But that damn foolish pride wouldn't allow him to. You gotta listen to your body bruh.

Kelvin Conner yes I've seen this times before the injury and he may have run sub 20 twice in his career( a few times in the 19.8s). He did finish second to Bolt in Rio but even then he couldn't break 20 seconds, not impressive. My point is he was never #1, just overhyped by the media

@Kelvin Conner Lyles matched up against Degrasse in the Diamond League Opener in Doha. Lyles smoked Degrasse. To be honest, even if Andre was at 100% health, Lyles would still beat him.
