Great rear steer demo! I’ve been wanting to do a rear steer setup but I’m not sure yet what radio to go with. Maybe a video showing your setup and the pros and cons would be worth doing?
That is definitely on my list! I’m really happy with my set up - fixed steering stops at 50% and 100% using a wheel near my thumb. Very easy to recenter and you don’t really need full variable rear steer IMP. I highly recommend a FlySky NB4+
Do you have any videos explaining rear steer caster angle? I’d like more info to understand what the difference in caster would make. Thanks for your time. Your videos have been very helpful.
In the rear, you want either a vertical kingpin or as much as 10° backwards, meaning the same direction as the front angle. If you have a forward angle or negative caster when you go around a corner, your wheelbase shrinks and since these cars don’t have differentials and your rig will buckle up and flip over crazily. Don’t ask me how I know that.
Thanks at least now I have an idea what strive for. This will be my first 4WS rig and I was questioning a few things about alignment. And yeah I definitely don’t need any help flipping it over. 😂 thank you sir.
Very nice
Thanks! A tiny bit of rear steer can make all the difference in the climbing traction you need.

If you are going to cheat, cheat big. I love rear steer. Really fun.

Gotta love a nice rock feature! I'm guessing by the rubber deposits its a favorite of yours xD
I was traveling to AZ and the locals recommended this spot. Spent a while there for sure.
