Just installed this exact system on my bike over a week ago, wish I would of painted it black.
It does look good painted black. Sorry we were a week late getting the video or idea out to you.

Another quality video with good, detailed instructions. Love your products and I run a DK Customs DIY EBS on my TC88 with a V&H VO2 air cleaner. Solid 🤜🏼🤜🏼
Awesome, glad you like the videos and the see the benefits of having the EBS installed. Thank you for commenting! MB
Why not use blue locktite on the breather bolts?
Loctite is more likely to burn off the bolts. The Teflon tape will last and withstand the heat.

With that air cleaner (to me). It sticks out to far. At best it will rub your leg. At worst it make your leg at a weird angle to reach the floorboard and the break. But like I said might just be my few from the video. But looks nice. Love your products
The cone comes out further forward so it is actually further out of the way of your leg than the stock air cleaner. We do have other options that are even more low profile, but the 636v does not have an leg clearance issues.

What’s your advice on use the AC sock when it starts to rain while on a ride? Tia.
Riding in rain sporadically is manageable but for riding in rain extended periods of time, it is recommends to run a rain sock which we offer as an add-on option.

Will it work on a Limited with lowers?
I would not be able to say for certain without knowing exactly what year and model bike you have, but most of the bikes with lowers can use this Air Cleaner System as long as you get the Shorty Filter. The other filters are too long and will not fit with lowers.

Sorry guys, I can't get your email to work. I've got a 2010 triglide built with 580 twin cams and black jack double D two into one exhaust. I've installed a electric 2 fan oil cooler and the aluminum oil filter , and I've still running hot. Last month I blew the rear head gasket. I do ride pretty hard. So, I want to put on a set of love jug fans with stage 3 mounts. I want your recommendations and price , maybe some pictures if possible. I prefer them in flat black. I need your help with this so I know what cash I need to get together. Thanks in advance
We do not recommend the Love Jugs. They have been having serious quality control and inventory issues. If you are looking at getting a fan I would suggest looking at the Jim's Force Flow Fan. You can see the Jim's Force Flow Fan at this link - www.dkcustomproducts.com/jims-force-flow-fan-cools-twin-cam-engine.htm

So, yall suggest Jim's single force flow fan over love jugs do to poor manufacturing? Jim's definitely are more stylish . Does Jim's force more air over the jugs?
That is correct, in the last year or so the quality and availability of the Love Juggs has taken a serious nose-dive. The Jims pushes almost as much air as the Love Jugs. At the following link is a report on how effective the JIMS Force Flow set up is- www.dkcustomproducts.com/force-flow-fan-test-report.htm
