    I love the meme eat boring and make your life exciting. I used to run the Auburn, CA vegans. I also, was at the Chef AJ events in Sacramento. Now I live far away in WA.

    A few corrections and comments! Oatmeal is not allowed for every meal, use other starches mentioned in the video. Fruit is better to eliminate for 10 days only. But if you must, then eat 1 or 2 pieces of fruit per day. This is a "diet" to get you unstuck (if you are stuck!) and it is only for 10 days. It is meant to be boring so that you will eat less and lose more!

    So glad you're enjoying potatoes. They're an important part of the economy here in Idaho. Of course, they're delicious and satisfying. I eat them every day 🥔😋

    May I use a small amount of reduced sodium soy sauce as a condiment?

      Even though it’s not listed in the condiment list, you can use some if it’s just a little.

      Of course it is since fat is the major issue and you will be eating almost no fat. Still, stay in touch with your doctor when medication needs to be adjusted. I would recommend either sweet potatoes or brown rice for your starch.
