From experience they don’t, I started doing them last year and I’m still growing (I’m 16). If your afraid of it stunning growth just hang on a bar for a minute, lower back feels amazing and it fixes posture making you taller.
Zion Okungbowa 1 second ago i have a problem wit my vertical my standing vert is higher than my running vert this happens with both 1 foot and 2 foot jumping
Okay but I think you shouldnt do them a lot , I worked out to increase my jump for like an year an now my knee cartilage si damaged and I will probably do a surgery to heal it (sorry for my english mi italian)
Yo man for the past 2 weeeks my knee been hella stiff and my calves hurting hella due to it. I get nerve pinches and random aches as well as tight hamstrings .. u know what could be the underlying problem? Like a month ago i hooped aloy even with tight calves so i initially thought it was that but i stopped hooping and its still here . Pain mostly on the lower legs calves/ shin while knee stiff and clicking and hamstring and occasionally quads are tight I also did 100 squats like 3 weeks ago while never being use to it.. so could be that? They were table hand supported squats though
Childhood play is essentially a million depth jumps over the course of years

You might need to get that checked out. It could be due to doing the wrong things for a long time. You should get yourself checked out
