Im overdeveloped at rear and med delts. My fronts are Behind. I do Benchpress always on a Maschine who dont target the Shoulder rly Hard.

    Great video guys.
My favorite is seated dumbbell lateral for that extra lengthed range at the bottom. Yes, the tension is low, but still feel it as a mechanical drop set. Cables are often not available in my gym.

You guys are great, but IMHO front raises with knuckles up is more for medial delts moreso than anterior. Thumbs up front raises are more for front delts. On both exercises look and see which HEAD is on top.
( INTENSIONS ) i know BPac mentioned these in some of his videos = where you apply force by " trying to squeeze hands together or pulling them apart can direct certain muscles or heads of muscles to activate/prioritize more.
Now squeezing hands inward with flat knuckles will involve more front delt head. Also if you want to really prioritize side delts during a smith or overhead machine press, press backwards the whole time. Or pull hands outward on a closegrip overhead press machine. Rear delts you'd want to pull apart the whole time. Use lighter weights when trying new things. This will blow your mind, use Smith press pulling apart up and down for 10 reps, then push backwards for 10 reps and finally squeeze hands together for the last 10.

I was struggling to get my delts to grow untill i eased off heavy pressing and went to high volume isolated stuff ie hundreds of laterals rwar pec dec and some from raises.

Front delt, IMO, it completely depends on your workouts, where you work out. Personally, I've been to a gym maybe 3 times in my life, the last time being over 30 years ago. I don't have a bench press at home so I do incorporate the front delt raises, I have to with really the only other stimulation coming from pushups or my amazon dip station :-), cheers.

Guys, i can tell you from personal expirence, you can have an underdeveloped front delt compared to side and rear.

Incline bench press hits your front delts just as much as doing a shoulder press and you build your chest as well. Db shoulder press is a waste unless you never do incline press
