You should do Jay Cutler. Obviously, he gets results and is a GOAT, but his form is questionable on some exercises.
Questionable form is because everyone these days have zero clue what actually works and they are not pro bodybuilders like jay. What he does works for him, it may not work for other people. Branch Warren had bad form and he was a beast. Just do your own thing and stop overthinking everything.
@@jackedbyjadeno no no no this is really bad thinking, he GETS AWAY with it because of his amazing genetics, that does not make his training optimal.
Jay was very inventive with his training, I remember he said you should do low reps with calves because you're walking all day anyways. That is wrong, you should do high reps because they are a low amplitude movement (amplitude is the vertical size of a wave). Years later, I heard him admit he has small calves.
What I love about these kind of videos is it gives me a lot of insight into what I should and shouldn't be doing in my own technique.

Used to be subbed to Alex, no longer (no need to say why), however, his chest is unbelievable, next level Arnold type chest genetics. I could work out for another 10 years and never would my chest look that perfect, cheers.

I dont know about you guys , but after 10 years of gym , i put almost 1 kg o muscle on me , just muscle .....in a period of 4 month , wich is huge for me and for everyone who is natural and go to the gym for 10 years ......aplying this guy advices...slow on the negatives , train with a weight that you are able to control, corect form ....and not doing egolifting..i am 32 years , 180 cm , and 86 kg , with aprox 12 % body fat .....all my friends when they see me said to me ....what have you done ? ...you look much biger and much leaner .....yeah because in february last year i was 95 kg , biger but puffy .....and when i tell them that i cut aprox 10 kg , they dont belive it ......and my muscle now always feel pumped , even after 3 or 4 days after i workd that muscle ......thanks for your advices ....and remember guys ....if you wanna put qaulity muscle on you , you have to train with your mind , not with your strenght or ego
