This is exactly what 90s Channel 4 late-night ''Art'' shows looked like.
Man. Only someone who has sat through a performance-art final year degree show can truly appreciate the genius of this piece.
It wasn't at Dartington by any chance?
They really occupied the space.
John Thomson doubling as the host and the red-shirted dancer at the end 😂
Jack Pott & Tom Bowler never fail to remind me of my recently deceased brother. He, like me, loved the Fast Show.
Nice.
This is 100% what Jazz is all about.
This dance sequence is now on the RADA curriculum as an obligatory exam piece.
The Two at the end with the freaky soundtrack crack me up every time.
Along with DJO's Happy In Paraguay, and Toto's Africa in alphabetical order, this is the most consistently funny thing on the internet.Solid gold genius!
Switch on Radio 3 after midnight on Friday and it all sounds like this...
I've been looking for this clip for years !!! : )
Grrrrrrrreat.
Clifford Hayes Me too !
Thanks ain't seen that in years
I actually like the music!!!
Groundbreaking. Nice.
Jack pot and tom bola at the end. Nice
I bet they had a lot of fun working out the "choreography" for that!
How do you mock an alternative jazz dance ensemble? Just do an alternative jazz dance ensemble.
A fair interpretation
This is TV's equivalent to Titania McGrath. It's so good many people who are into it big time won't spot the parody. Sheer geni-arse!
I'm not sure about the similarities to McGrath. This seems well-observed, and comical.
@@csurname Sure! But it takes the too-serious jazz freaks down a peg IMO.
Cool.
Mark Williams is a genius :D
You ain’t seen me, Right.
formidable! 🤣
Looks like the new Tena advert
Priceless! 😂
Prrrrrrrrriceless, is what you meant to write ;)
Would really fill a small venue full of "I Saw You Coming" art patreons.....
🤩🥰
Without the intro or canned laughter though, could you discern if this was serious or satire ? That, again is both funny and concerning 😄
Nnnnice!
Anyone here for black midi?
Mmmmmm - right ....
Yeah they go for this dance crap down Londonastan
I'm laughing at this mainly because some of this so called avant guard pretentious crap actually is performed like this! LOL
All of it.
😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣
first how much of a laugh it must have been to do this, and secondly they got paid to do it. doesnt get any better!
