I remember when he came on to the scene,,,he was barely on the triple crown trail,I think he ran in one late race on the campaign and that was about it..they werent really trying to make him a derby horse so stop it

@@rmzweig3972 but he was never considered a real derby contender...bullets and winning a grade 3 in CANADA is not being on the derby trail in my opinion. The united states prep?which he ran in NONE of those is being on the derby trail,being a hot now horse from Canada is NOT and you know that,I remember that year clearly and he was just a flash in the pan

He was a miler as a 3-yr-old in 2020, but they tried to get him to the Kentucky Derby. Maybe that's when he "lost his way".
