    Recently switched from a shared plan to an unlimited plan and added a few lines and got an iphone this past July to this day,i haven't been getting the credits for the one line and they have the phones under the wrong number on my plan.i have called support multiple times and they all said "we see the issues and we are going to fill out a form and get this corrected".But to this day nothing has changed.How can i get this issue resolved? i really don't want to keep calling suport because nothing is happening.Any advice would help.

    For some folks, paying extra for priority is worth it. If I’m not paying for priority, I find lots of places where things get so congested the phone is unusable. Also customer support is always going to be top of the line for those with postpaid priority plans. I’ve used both priority and non-priority plans, and if you are running a business of any sort, that priority plan becomes worth it.

    I've got visible, they're good in the suburbs, but in rural areas they suck because they dont use the partners Verizon does. You're also deprioritized when there are alot of users in one area, so it can be slow in cities, and last, but not least video is capped at 2mbps, 720p max. Other than that its really good for 25$ / month.

Verizon is the most popular carrier in my area due to coverage, but prepaid plans on the network are super slow to deprioritization. My mom is in a nursing home and has macular generation (very very bad vision). Is there such a thing as a super duper easy phone with very basic button setup?? The more simple to use the better for her. She can text but it would be best on the biggest screen available, yet still a simple simple phone at the same time. I dont mind getting her a mind getting her a normal ph but would need to be able to simplify it...... blah blah...i think you get the picture. lol. Thank you Stetson for your informative videos. I can’t decide which to try first Visible or US Mobile unlimited (also mint). I don’t really like the idea of being de-prioritized and I was wondering if US Mobile gets de-prioritized if you pay the extra $5 to remove the 5 mbps data speed cap?

    • @StetsonDoggett
      @StetsonDoggett  4 года назад +1

      All of US Mobile’s plans have the same priority as Verizon Prepaid, so yes, they are deprioritized. The only plans with postpaid priority data are Verizon’s own plans, Play More, Do More, and Get More (for $80+/month), and Xfinity Mobile. I’ve never noticed the prioritization in my area, though it can come into play in certain regions or markets. For this kind of thing, it may be worth signing up for a cheaper plan just to test, like the $30 10GB plan or something.

    • @mishafeingold
      @mishafeingold 4 года назад

      Thanks for the response Stetson Doggett. I think your right. I did get $20 off my post paid unlimited and more with AT&T but it’s still $130 for two lines and a watch. I’m thinking with visible we will pay $70 ($35+$35) and as I understand all fees are included. It may make sense to pay the $5 extra to go unlimited than 8 GB for $30+$30+fees. Not to mention we use around 10-20gb a month combined... 😂. Another question I have been pondering is visible’s customer service worse than Mint Mobile or US Mobile?

    Anyone ever heard of Mobi sim? Uses Verizon networks and less than $20 for 3GB LTE data.

      But on average salaries in the United States are a lot more than in India. So, you need to factor cost of living and expected earnings, not just cost to see if United States cell phone plans are substantially higher.

    US mobile $10 plan is NOT $10!!! They tack on $5 extra charge at checkout!!! US mobile is too slimy for me.

    advice: dont work with verizon.. i ordered an iphone and they got my address wrong 2 times and i have been waiting 3 months and i just cancelled the order. Their customer service is so incompetent and until i was able to reach someone that could help me... they are saying i have to wait one month more if i want to get the phone... i paid my third bill and still waiting. Go and buy your phone from the Apple store and do not waste your time. just think, why their youtube channel comment is off... because otherwise many people would be writing bad reviews! This is an example of a big company that will decline because of the lack of good customer service. Shame on them.

    But now Verizon doesn't work not in New Jersey and not in upstate New York and not in New York City.for upstate New York I recommend H2O or AT&t
    and for New Jersey and New York City I recommend using T-Mobile or MetroPCS or mint

      What?!? You might be using a GSM phone which doesn't work on Verizon or a plan that doesn't operate on Verizon.

    Verizon sucks, even worse than ATT. I know people on Verizon but nobody is happy with them.
    MINT Mobile is cheaper and better.

      Well those people obviously don't know what they're talking about and AT&t just must be better and their town because Verizon is and has always been a number one Nations best carrier
