Don't get a Sea to Summit Light XT apparently they're one of the most comfy at 10cm thick but get punctured alot way to much. Big Agnes Rapides SL sleeping Air pad is 10cm thick & comfy but both ain't cheap but would go with the Big Agnes especially if got bad back or comfort for good night sleep 😴💤 is important to you & R-Value is 4.2 so -5° Celsius & Regular wide is 183cm×63cm & long wide is 193cm×63cm.I broke my back 2yrs ago & already had a twisted spine & wouldn't even attempt to sleep on anything not 10cm thick & comfy.
I didnt take my sleeping bag to the ABR, big mistake. Woke up freezing then was like a sauna during the day! Learnt the hard way.
