Spinach Dip is a classic by itself - but when we make a pasta bake out of it, things really get crazy! Give this recipe a try this week. If you're looking to cut back on your meats consumption in the New Year, this is a great place to start. (For the rest of you, adding shrimp or chicken would be excellent too) Let's #makeithappen

2-3 tbsps melted butter
1diced onion
2 cloves minced garlic
2 tsps italian herb paste
8 oz chopped artichoke hearts
AP Seasoning & Red pepper flakes
2 tbsps flour
1/2 cup white wine
2 cups heavy cream
8 oz room temp cream cheese
1 cup grated parm
2 cups mozzarella
4-5 cups spinach
1 lb rigatoni
diced parsley

I had used Noom last year and dropped 40lbs.
Keep that artichoke marinade leftover in the jar to make a salad dressing… marinade, lemon juice, a little balsamic or red wine vinegar, s&p, Dijon mustard, a little sugar or honey, minced shallots, garlic, and desired herbs. Add everything to the jar and shake! Yum!

This dish was WONDERFUL! I've had spinach and artichoke dip before. I loved it! But I would have never imagined making it like this with pasta. Oh yeah, this is definitely on my dinner list. Looked at 3 different grocery stores in my area, none of them had the Italian herb paste.
@@mjrpainful I've seen them in the seasoning aisle (Alidi store) and near fresh herbs in the produce area (Target/Trader Joes). I only started seeing them in the last 2 months...odd.
