A local town eatery we have here called Mojo's makes something similar to this dish. They call it Rajun Cajun Chicken pasta & sometimes they have donated panfulls to the homeless & this stuff is soooooo damn GOOD 😋😋😋🍽

1. NYE we eat mostly appetizers, but New Year's Day is traditionally BBQ w/ Black eyed peas for good luck. 2. Why go on a diet to lose "holiday weight" before the holidays are over. You gots to think Chef. 3. Once again love the recipe. Only thing I'd do different is I'm a dark meat guy so I'd use chicken thigh.
