Best pasta salad I’ve ever had & always a crowd pleaser. the modifications I’ve made are: adding 2 spoonfuls of peso to the dressing as well as couple dashes of worcestershire. I blanch regular broccoli after a 2 1/2- 3 minute boil. pan seer the pepperoni to render off most of the fat (adds texture- reduces heartburn) I also do a half/half portion of kalamata & sliced black olives; I happen to love olives. For the feta I do either the tomato basil or Mediterranean blend. Made this today for Memorial Day with total confidence in what I’m bringing to the table 👌🏽 Thank you so much for this recipe. Love a good mac salad. I do one using cheese torellini, shrimp, olives, sun dried tomatoes, salami, olive, onion and some roasted asparagus.. add some fresh grated parmesan cheese.. definitely go the lazy route using a bottled pesto salad dressing but I think I am going to try your dressing recipe.. looks delicious!

Matt thank you for salting your pasta water correctly!! I see so many videos where they barely put a teaspoon in to a huge pot of boiling water. I use at least two big tablespoons in my water. Also your recipe looks delicious as usual.

Love this one man. Being half Sicilian, I use mozzarella and provolone instead. Always gotta have fresh made dressing but, never thought about the Dukes! It's in my next one tho! Keep um coming!

I just found you and you’re a awesome cook I use marinated chicken breast and instead of cheddar cheese I would use pepper Jack cheese with some semi sautéed onions.
