Inspires me so much! I am am rock/ice climber girl. Had an awful injury 2 years ago. I had my last knee surgery 7 months ago and now I am using CrossFit to build upper body strength. My legs were my strongest powerful muscles but now, I have thin legs, can’t run, can’t do pistol one leg squat. Working on it! Love you Sara!

Oh my gosh, you made me cry. You're an inspiration. I'm nothing close to you , just a recreational gym goer and I love competition and challenging myself. It's the best feeling after working out. At the moment I have a calcification on my shoulder and I have to do electrical shocks to see if it dissolves but I feel it's such an effort and I'm not a pro, I'm willing to let it just drag on but watching this has been inspiring so maybe...

Such an amazing Part 1 to this Docu Series. Such amazing story telling done by Jonathan and Preston. I've been a fan of their work for a year or so but this made my head spin! Well done and I can't wait to see Part II. Also, Sara is such an amazing human with, from what I can tell, one of the biggest hearts, work ethic and drive I've seen. Keep it up!

I've been weight training to build a lil muscle I was getting bored with my routine. I needed some new inspiration I came across the crossfit games redeemed and dominate I saw her perform in the games and now I like to know everything about her training she is so light hearted and pleasant I'd like to meet her in person and if I saw her at the airport not able to carry her bags I certainly would have helped her what a wonderful athlete she is I can't wait to she her perform again

Just a suggestion, I think you should zoom out whenever she is doing her lifts instead of just showing her face. I know you want to show her emotions during the lift but you can still capture her face while showing the actual whole body movement that she is doing and her form and the amount of weight she is doing. I think that would be more impressive and indicative of how hard she trains. Thank you for filming this as a whole, she is truly an inspiration

Sara, for a SUPER BEAUTIFUL and SUPER ATTRACTIVE LADY, and one of today's FITTEST ATHLETES, you are DELIGHTFULLY HUMBLE, almost to the point of being SHY. I just love your smile and how you tilt your head every now and then.
We have a few things in common, namely,
a) I also love Crossfit, and I hope to have you visit my soon-to-rise Crossfit gym (once the Covid quarantine is over), and show me, my relatives, and friends, how you do your amazing workouts. In exchange for your workout exhibition at my new gym, I can teach you MANY SUPER UNIQUE Martial Arts moves, as I used to do Karate, Olympic Sport Judo, Combat Judo, Aikido, and Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu from the time I was in High School all the way to my being a Vice President of the largest bank in the world. I still practice the MOST EFFECTIVE MOVES from my several martial arts disciplines, so my teaching you the MOST IMPORTANT MOVES, will make you UNBEATABLE in a combat situation against a criminal hold-upper who has a knife or a gun, or even both.
Allow me to mention that I am from the Philippines, the tropical and SUNNY country that is WORLD-FAMOUS for its WORLD-CLASS white sand beaches, for our country's having won the MOST NUMBER of International Beauty Pageant titles, like Miss Universe, Miss World, Miss International, Miss Earth, etc, and for ur country's SUPER FRIENDLY CITIZENS. So, I can guarantee that you will love your visit here and you will get to see the many world-class tourist attractions on the 7,107 ISLANDS of our country, with me as your free guide.
b) I also love to help people to the point where I almost went BANKRUPT from paying for too many POOR CHILDREN's emergency hospitalization bills and their medicines, and their schooling from Grade School to College.
c) Like you, I also had a love of sports from a super young age. When I was just seven years old, I took up boxing as a sport, and later on engaged in too many sports that I can mention here, in addition to the martial arts that I have already mentioned earlier. I was able to do it all for, THANK GOD, He has favoured me with high intelligence that made me NOT HAVE TO STUDY MUCH in order to still be excellent at school. That freed up much of my school time, so I was able to engage in many sports and martial arts, and in debating, etc.
d) I also liked Led Zeppelin when I was younger, as that rock band is always popular with younger adults and teens. My favorites among their hit songs were Whole Lotta Love and Stairway to Heaven.
e) I liked Jimmy Hendrix's Woodstock classic Purple Haze. It is sad that he passed away when he was just 27 years old, if I am not mistaken.
By the way, when you said that your favorite happy song was Call Me Out, do you mean the one that was written by the English singer and songwriter Sarah Close? That was the song that made her world-famous, as I recall.
Since like me, you also like EXCELLENT and HAPPY songs, try listening to just one of the 297 hit videos, singles, and ALBUMS of Sir Paul McCartney, entitled "Space Within Us", the link of which I am giving you below.
Although John Lennon was also a GENIUS songwriter, Sir Paul is even a much greater genius, and was SOLELY RESPONSIBLE for SAVING and RESURRECTING Classical Music, when, in the late 1950s, Classical music was dying. See, the composers of that time ABANDONED the MOST BASIC building blocks of great music composition namely, harmony, melody, rhythm, pattern, pulse, timbre, tone, texture, speed, and dynamics, and composed "music" that were made from the sounds of balls bouncing off piano strings, birds chirping, sandpapers \that were rubbed together, paper that was crumpled, and other INSANE sounding compositions. I am no classical music expert, but I just happen to know some music history, particularly of modern music.
I can write tons and tons of reasons why all of the world's MOST POPULAR MUSICIANS (dead and alive, from pop music, to rock, to blues, to metal rock, etc.) and all of the world's MOST FAMOUS music experts UNANIMOUSLY CONSIDER Paul McCartney of the Beatles, as the world's GREATEST SONGWRITER of modern music, OF ALL TIME. He is considered even better than Beethoven, Bach, Tchaikovsky, Mozart, etc., for Paul McCartney's compositions, hundreds of which became TOP BILLBOARD HITS, span so many music genres, from pop music, to rock music, to love songs, to psychedelic rock, and so many other music genres. Listen to the songs that are featured in the said album (link below) which are just a FEW of his 297 TOP BILLBOARD HITS. The Beatles are listed as the NUMBER 1 GROUP with the most hits, with the Rolling Stones as number 2. I think that Led Zeppelin is at number 40 on Billboard's list.
As you watch the Space Within Us video below, you will see SUPER YOUNG children, teenagers, adults, grandpas, grandmas, HOLLYWOOD ACTORS, etc., singing and dancing along with the music beats. Presidents, famous singers, world-renowned music professors, etc., are all saying much admiration for Paul and his EXTRAORDINARY musical genius and HIS KINDNESS OF HEART. Lovers, young and old alike hug each other, and friends are embracing each other as the concert goes. Never has there been a MUSICIAN who had a following from FOUR GENERATIONS of families, and from people of all races.
Also, no other artist of any music genre and of any era, dead or alive, has produced 297 hit songs, and continues to compose new songs even to the present time.
God bless you dear Sara and may you be successful in all that you do. Stay as humble and as DELIGHTFUL as you already are, for you DON'T NEED to prove anything to anyone in the world, as you are already super accomplished. God bless us all.
