Brent is one of my biggest CrossFit inspirations being THE ONLY COMPETITOR MY HEIGHT and still consistently performing well.
I love how he and Vellner don’t take themselves so seriously. If you listen to Fraser’s interviews you’d think he was curing cancer or something lol
CrossFit is at the end of the day, a training philosophy. It’s not so serious and I hope guys like Brent continued success!
Caysum21345 I agree he is cool!! but it is serious though cause some of them are full time CrossFit athletes, like mo farah is a runner or messi is a footballer.

its because Fraser do this for a living. This is just a hobby for vellner and Brent. that's the reason

I'm not a cross fitter and I know who you are and what Crossfit is! I got hooked on watching it after seeing Fittest on Earth on Netflix randomly cruising through for something good to watch. It turned out to be a really good choice. I hope to come watch the games someday at Madison!

It’s funny how both Vellner and Fikowski (from what we have seen) have such light hearted and comical views and comments on things. Those Canadian dudes are hilarious and easy to rout for, even for us U.S. folks.

I’m glad his partner blew the lid off his actual training time. 4-5 hrs a day is the reality. Why do some of these pro CrossFit athletes still try and insist they’re doing 1 hr a day? I hope no one believes this.

Yeah man they have hours of training each day and that just the strength and conditioning. They have other hours spent into recovery methods, mobility drills and eating.

it's all original music from the soundtrack, we might release it at the end of the show, but because of licensing issues we're not sure if it's possible.
