Lol. That's how much damage tornadoes alone did in 2022. It's going to be cheaper to address climate change in a big way than to live with these constant 'once in a lifetime' disasters like forest fires, hurricanes and tornadoes and the cost to recover each year. You are going to need billions on this issue.
