@@topaviator Hmm, it's a tough call. The wipers in FS2020 don't even wipe away the rain from what I have seen. The rain in the 737-300 on Xplane is really nice

He flared at 30ft, which is fine, but didn't maintain the flare while the engines were going to idle, and put the nose down early thus increasing the descent rate. -340ft/min is not a tragedy though, and quite common.
In conditions like these you need a firm touchdown. If you ‘butter’ on a soaking wet runway you increase the risk of keeping to much water between the tires and the runway. That would seriously increase the risk of aquaplaning and also the spoilers might not deploy fast enough. Combine that with poor braking conditions and a crash/runway overshoot becomes a very serious danger. So in heavy rains and soaking wet runways never aim for a butter landing!
Nein brauchst du nicht. Du musst nur in den Einstellungen im Tablet den "SKI" rain effect aktivieren. Für andere Flugzeuge brauchst du für diese Effekte das "Librain" Plugin

Hello Michael, sorry for my late answer. I don't know exactly what you mean with "tips". If you are flying with a Boeing Aircraft (737, 757, 777...) the pilots normally turn off the Autothrottle, when they disengage the Autopilot. In an Airbus Aircraft, the Autothrottle normally stays on until "retard", then the thrust is reduced to idle, and there Autothrottle disengages automatically 😉

Cool, but water flow direction on the windshield is wrong. On the captain's windshield, water droplets should flow toward the 10 -'clock direction, and on the FO' side, toward the 2 o'clock direction. Water flows OUT from the nose in all directions, which is clearly not what's happening here.

Full reverse thrust, max spoiler and flaps 40. And obviously the plane was very light, low fuel and not a lot of passengers and cargo.
