I have been into Genoa four (4) times via BA. On one occasion, we have two missed approaches before we hit the deck on the third approach. During the winter season the weather at Genoa airport can be challenging. But a very pretty city!
nice butter landing! Improvements: 1. Minimum approach speed should be VREF (REF) + 9 knots (wind divided by 2 + gust) / stall speed * 1.23 2. The caution light... 3. You should not turn the flight directors off while flying, a big no for not using F/D while ILS. 4. It's recommended to use autopilot to aline the runway (not only in storms), use LOC and APP
Dude, that was a good landing but a couple of tips: you don't land on flaps 30 with such heavy crosswinds. You usually go with a lower flap configuration. Will make your life much easier. Also try to maintain a track if your winds are not gusty that way you save yourself lot of corrections
@pilotguy707 I don't even wanna prove anything to you. But just so you know a lot of airlines don't ever use flap 40 for landing under normal conditions. Flaps 40 is the standard. Anyway that's my last message investing my head in someone who doesn't know what they are talking about!

¿What scenery do you use? It looks very pretty, but I can see it has a major drawback: the runway is misaligned in relation to both ILS localizer and glide slope. Rather than navdata, I think that it is the runway layout that's to blame. Too many scenery creators put a lot of attention on the eye candy and too little attention on what is really important in a flight simulator.
Old pilots say the use of trim is like a poor man's autopilot. I never heard the trim wheel spin at all on your approach. That might explain why you were fighting it all the way down. Great landing not withstanding. Proper use of trim can make a newbie look like a pro, and in challenging circumstances, you have extra brain power leftover to deal with other things as they appear.

Its the zibo 737 ski rain effects if you use the default 737 you cant get them the zibo is the best 737 out there and suprise its free! You just need to configure it in the zibo efb

You are right about 1 and 2, but for 3 and 4, it was delibarate. I find it much more challeging and it sharpens my skills

How’d you get the zibo 737 working? As soon as I fixed the airfoils it came up with a problem telling me that my engine power is 0.. any fix for that?
